We are hiring two Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to provide ABA services across Belle Glade and nearby Palm Beach County communities, including South Bay, Pahokee, Canal Point, Lake Harbor, and surrounding areas.

>> Key Responsibilities:
- Complete behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Supervise RBTs and provide clinical direction across assigned cases
- Review progress data and update treatment goals when clinically appropriate
- Collaborate with caregivers to support routines, consistency, and skill generalization
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow professional ABA standards

You will work with children who may need support with communication, social interaction, daily living routines, adaptive skills, emotional regulation, caregiver participation, and reducing behaviors that may interfere with learning, independence, or family life. Services may be provided in home, school, or community-based settings depending on each child’s needs.
