Key Responsibilities

Manage restaurant operations during shifts to meet high standards of quality, service, and atmosphere

Train and coach crew and shift leads on routines, food safety, and customer service

Assist the General Manager with business planning, inventory control, and sales optimization

Ensure excellent fan service and promptly resolve customer concerns

Support hiring, scheduling, and developing a productive and positive team environment

Maintain health, safety, and sanitation standards within the restaurant

Contribute ideas for local store marketing and community engagement
Qualifications & Skills

1-3 years of high-volume restaurant leadership experience preferred

Strong customer focus with excellent hospitality skills

Proven ability to manage costs, labor, and food safety practices

Effective trainer, coach, and team motivator

Highly organized with attention to detail and goal-oriented mindset

Technical proficiency with POS systems and computer use

Integrity, adaptability, and commitment to Dairy Queen standards

ServSafe® certification or certifiable
