Front of House Team Member - Hoover Location
Whiskey Foxtrot is a family-owned burger joint that has been in Hoover since the summer of 2021. We're committed to creating remarkable dining experiences for our guests, and we're seeking passionate, customer-focused individuals to join our Front of House Team at our Hoover location.
What You'll Do:
- Welcome guests with enthusiasm and take orders accurately
- Prepare and serve food and beverages including beer and wine.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting environment throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, restrooms, and outdoor spaces
- Process cash and credit card transactions with precision
- Package takeout and delivery orders with care and accuracy
- Help create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back
What We're Looking For:
- Flexible Availability - We have varying shifts to cover including days, evenings, and weekends. The more flexible your availability, the better.
- Must be 21+ to serve alcoholic beverages
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality or customer service experience
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive, energetic personality with genuine care for guest satisfaction
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and varying schedules
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

- We're looking for someone who can commit to around 30 hours per week and be flexible with their schedule, particularly as we head into the busy holiday season. Since we're open 10am-9pm Tuesday through Sunday, shifts can vary throughout that window. What does your weekly availability typically look like, and are there any times you're consistently unavailable?
