Yellow House Dental & Implant Center is a modern, fee-for-service practice dedicated to comprehensivecare, clinical excellence, and treating patients the way we'd want our own families treated. We are seeking apart-time Associate Dentist (2–3 days per week) who is passionate about providing high-quality generaldentistry and wants to continue growing in a collaborative, mentorship-focused environment.
As our practice continues to grow, the owner is expanding his focus toward dental surgery, implantdentistry, and TMD therapy. This creates an outstanding opportunity for an associate who enjoys practicingcomprehensive general dentistry while becoming an integral part of a well-established practice. The long-term vision includes the opportunity to transition from part-time to full-time and, for the right individual,the potential to become a future practice partner.

What You'll Do
Provide comprehensive general dentistry with an emphasis on quality, precision, and long-term patientrelationships, including:
Restorative dentistry
Crown and bridge
Fixed and removable prosthetics
Complete and partial dentures
Preventive dentistry
Basic extractions
Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
An interest in cosmetic dentistry, clear aligner therapy, or digital dentistry is a plus.

Our ideal associate:
Has approximately 2–3 years of clinical experience (new graduates and experienced dentists arewelcome to apply)
Builds trust and rapport naturally with patients
Communicates confidently and compassionately
Is humble, coachable, and self-motivated
Values collaboration over high-pressure treatment acceptance
Takes pride in exceptional clinical quality and attention to detail
Has a genuine desire to continually improve both personally and professionally
Experience with comprehensive treatment planning is highly valued. An interest in the Pankey philosophy isa significant plus, and we're happy to help subsidize Pankey continuing education for the right candidate.

Compensation & Benefits
Competitive daily guarantee negotiated based on experience
