About the Role
This is not a quiet administrative post with a shared inbox. It is full time remote work on the phone with owners of small businesses, each of whom asked us to get in touch about what their business would face without them.
Records are part of it: notes, applications and status updates, all kept current. Someone who resents that steady upkeep will not enjoy the role, however good the conversations are. Onboarding, a mentor and daily team contact support you, and the income you earn is determined by what you actually finish.
In This Role
- Hold booked conversations with owners reviewing whether current arrangements still fit.
- Establish facts carefully, since income and health details shape any recommendation.
- Set out practical differences in language an owner uses themselves.
- Submit clean applications and update the owner whenever the status changes.
- Reconnect with owners who deferred, bringing the specific answer requested.
- Bring a real recording to weekly coaching for a second opinion.

Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
