Job Title: Lead Pressure Washing Technician / Mobile Operator (Truck Required)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing high-quality pressure washing and soft-washing services for residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Operate Equipment Safely: Run pressure washing and soft-washing equipment effectively to clean various surfaces, including driveways, sidewalks, decks, roofs, and building exteriors.
- Assess Surfaces: Inspect the condition of surfaces prior to cleaning and determine the appropriate cleaning methods and chemical solutions (down streaming/soft washing).
- Site Preparation: Prepare surfaces by taping off electronics, bagging outdoor outlets, and moving minor furniture or obstacles before washing.
- Safety & Quality Control: Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe environment. Use our photo-based digital checklist to document work and ensure a flawless finish before leaving.
- Equipment Maintenance: Maintain equipment by performing regular inspections, cleaning, and basic on-site troubleshooting or minor repairs as needed.
- Customer Service: Communicate politely with clients on-site to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service.
Qualifications
- Reliable Truck Required: You must own and operate a truck (V6 or V8 engine) equipped with a hitch capable of safely towing a loaded equipment trailer to and from various job sites daily.
- Experience: Previous experience in pressure washing, soft washing, professional painting, window cleaning, or commercial detailing is preferred. (We will provide specific training on our exact equipment and setups).
- Independence & Problem Solving: Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing your time effectively.
- Attention to Detail: High standards for workmanship. We hold a "Fix Your Own Mistakes" policy—quality matters.
- Physical Stamina: Physical capacity to perform manual labor tasks, including lifting heavy hoses/equipment, climbing ladders, and standing for extended periods.
- Legal Requirements: Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and smartphone for job documentation.
