Auratherapy is seeking a hands-on, highly organized Manufacturing Operations Specialist to support our growing aromatherapy and wellness manufacturing business based in Asheville, NC.
This role is best suited for candidates with prior experience in beauty, cosmetics, personal care, wellness, food-grade, nutraceutical, aromatherapy, or other small-batch manufacturing environments where precision, cleanliness, formulas, batching accuracy, and quality control are critical.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone in the early-to-mid stage of their manufacturing career who is looking to grow into a larger operational role within a fast-moving entrepreneurial company.
