About the Role
As a Precision CNC Operator, you will play a vital role in transforming raw materials into high-quality components through expert milling and turning techniques. You will utilize both modern and traditional machinery to solve complex manufacturing challenges, ensuring that every piece meets rigorous engineering standards while contributing to a culture of craftsmanship and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities-
Set up and operate CNC milling, turning, and manual machinery to produce precision parts.

Interpret complex blueprints and technical drawings to ensure exact adherence to customer specifications.

Conduct thorough in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to maintain high quality standards.

Optimize production workflows by troubleshooting tooling, programming, and process-related issues.

Document production activities, including job travelers and inspection records, to ensure traceability.

Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient workspace to support team productivity.

Collaborate on process improvement initiatives to enhance overall manufacturing throughput and quality.

Proven experience in CNC and manual machining within a production environment.

Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering blueprints.

Expertise in using precision measurement tools such as micrometers, calipers, and indicators.

Demonstrated ability to solve technical problems and work effectively within a team.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Advanced knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T).

Experience with CNC programming, machine setup, and troubleshooting.

Prior leadership or mentorship experience in a manufacturing setting.

Completion of technical, vocational, or trade school training.
