Circle Five Winery — Event & Facilities Operations Associate
Circle Five Winery is hiring a friendly, energetic, hands-on team member to help create exceptional guest experiences through event setup, tasting room operations, and property support. This is a physical, fast-paced, outdoor role for someone who enjoys solving problems, working with their hands, and being part of a great team.
Event & Guest Operations (Primary)
- Set up and break down weddings, live music, and special events.
- Move and arrange tables, chairs, umbrellas, tents, heaters, décor, and signage.
- Operate a small ATV and trailer to transport equipment, supplies, and waste around the property.
- Keep guest areas clean, organized, and event-ready.
- Support guests and teammates with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Assist with bussing, dishwashing, food prep, or food service when needed.
Facilities & Property Support (Secondary)
- Perform basic maintenance such as replacing light bulbs, simple plumbing repairs, paint touch-ups, furniture assembly, and minor carpentry.
- Safely use common hand and power tools.
- Help keep the property, equipment, and storage areas clean, organized, and guest-ready.
What You Bring
- Friendly, dependable, and proactive.
- Comfortable with heavy lifting (50–75 lbs) and outdoor work.
- Experience with tools, DIY projects, event setup, or general maintenance.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Available on weekends and evenings during event season.
Pay: $17.50 - $20.00 per hour
