We are looking for compassionate and dependable individuals to join our team as Caregivers. No prior experience is required — we are especially excited to work with people who are new to the field and eager to learn. If you have a caring heart, patience, and a desire to make a difference, we will provide the training and support you need to succeed.
As a Caregiver, you will play an important role in helping clients live safely and comfortably at home. Responsibilities may include companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and other non-medical daily activities.
While prior experience in assisted living, memory care, or working with disabilities is a plus, it is not necessary. What matters most is your compassion, dedication, and willingness to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive environment.
- Monitor and document vital signs, changes in health status, and report any concerns to care professionals.
- Assist with mobility needs using equipment when necessary.
- Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation to maintain a safe and comfortable living space.
- Maintain confidentiality of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote physical and mental well-being.
- Provide specialized NONMEDICAL care for clients with conditions such as early or mild Alzheimer's disease or dementia.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in home health, senior care, or long-term care settings is preferred but NOT required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and documentation practices is essential.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable.
- Strong observational skills to monitor patient conditions effectively.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating excellent communication skills.
- Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life.
