Position Summary:
The SOC Supervisor plays a critical leadership role within the airline’s Systems Operations Center (SOC), overseeing daily dispatch functions to ensure safe, legal, and efficient flight operations. This position supervises a team of Aircraft Flight Followers, provides real-time operational support, and ensures compliance with all applicable FAA regulations and company standards. Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and support a team of Aircraft Flight Followers to ensure the safe and legal release of all flights in accordance with FAR Part 121

Oversee daily flight following activities including flight planning, weather monitoring, routing, and weight and balance considerations

Act as the point of escalation for complex or irregular operations, providing guidance and support to dispatchers and coordinating with other departments
