- 3 days with ability work every other Saturday

Responsibilities
- Perform general dentistry procedures including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, and extractions with a focus on patient comfort and safety
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical and dental history reviews, to develop personalized treatment plans
- Utilize dental terminology accurately to communicate diagnoses and treatment options effectively to patients and team members
- Execute advanced procedures such as root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery as needed
- Maintain detailed medical documentation and dental records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control standards
- Apply aseptic techniques and infection control protocols to ensure a sterile environment during all procedures
- Use dental imaging technology to diagnose issues accurately and plan appropriate treatments
- Collaborate with team members in four-handed dentistry practices to enhance efficiency and patient care quality
Qualifications
- Valid dental license with current certification to practice as an Associate Dentist in the respective state or region
- Proven experience working in a dental office or clinic setting, with proficiency in dental office software such as Epic, Eaglesoft, or Dentrix preferred
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, medical terminology, and dental terminology for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning
- Experience performing dental extractions, root canal therapy, prosthodontics, endodontics, and oral surgery procedures
- Familiarity with infection control practices, HIPAA compliance, and medical documentation standards
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds and explain complex procedures clearly
- Knowledge of pediatric dentistry principles is a plus for treating pediatric patients confidently
- Commitment to providing exceptional patient care through compassionate service and professional integrity
Pay: $200,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
