Operate industrial vertical grinding and/or flashing machines. Mechanical aptitude, basic math skills, use of measuring devices, previous manufacturing/factory work experience desirable. Successful candidate will learn to set up machines, select correct gap plates, load and unload machines, operate machines by using correct pressure adjustments, monitor pressure and speed, check product for quality standards, record hourly checks, demonstrate safe work practices and good housekeeping. Training will be provided ON FIRST SHIFT FOR THIS 3rd SHIFT POSITION. Training period may last anywhere from 2 to 6 months.
