You will be working under the guidance of a RN.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor participants’ health status and report changes to the RN
- Assist with medication administration and documentation as permitted by state regulations
- Obtain and record vital signs as needed
- Assist with participant admissions, assessments, and care plans
- Respond to medical concerns, incidents, and emergencies appropriately
- Maintain accurate participant health records and documentation
- Communicate with caregivers, physicians, and staff regarding participant care needs
- Support infection control and safety procedures within the center
- Assist participants with daily living needs as appropriate

Qualifications:
- Current Pennsylvania LPN license in good standing
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred
- Experience working with older adults or in adult day care, geriatrics, or long-term care preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with participants, families, and interdisciplinary staff
Hours available:
Option #1 (start asap)
- Monday-Thursday, Saturday and Sunday 12:30pm-4:30pm @ Chinatown location
- Friday 8:00am-4:30pm @ Chinatown location
- Sunday 8:00am-4:30pm @ Ludlow location
Option #2 (start when other location opens-about 2 months)
- Monday-Sunday 8:00am-12:30pm @ Chinatown location
Do not need to speak Chinese, interpreters will be provided.
Need to be available when RN takes time off.
