Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers via phone, email, and chat channels, ensuring their needs are met promptly and accurately
Handle inbound and outbound calls with excellent phone etiquette, demonstrating active listening and effective communication skills
Assist customers with prescription ordering/renewal, scheduling appointments, billing inquiries, and troubleshooting issues
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions through data entry in our system while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality
Support sales initiatives by identifying customer needs and promoting relevant products or services
Manage cash handling procedures when necessary, including processing payments or refunds with precision
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery processes and contribute to a positive team environment
Qualifications
Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively, but not a requirement
Proven experience in customer support roles is preferred; familiarity with outbound calling is a plus
Excellent communication skills in English
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining professionalism under pressure
Knowledge of customer service best practices, including call etiquette and problem-solving techniques
