Job Summary:
All About Kids, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluator to join our team of professionals in White Plains, New York. As a PT Evaluator, you will play a vital role in conducting comprehensive evaluations for children with developmental delays. Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough physical therapy evaluations for children, gathering information and data to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Conduct assessments and screenings to identify potential physical therapy needs
Communicate effectively with families, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Maintain accurate and detailed records of evaluations, treatment plans, and progress
Participate in staff development and training activities to stay current with best practices and Evidence-Based Practice (EBP)
Demonstrate a commitment to providing culturally sensitive and family-centered care
Requirements:
Physical Therapist (PT) Evaluator: A graduate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
New York State Licensure: Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of New York
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to effectively communicate with families, caregivers, and healthcare professionals
Interdisciplinary Collaboration: Experience working as part of a multidisciplinary team
Excellent Clinical Skills: Strong clinical skills in physical therapy evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning
