Position Summary
We are looking for a motivated and dependable laborer to join our team. This is a hands-on position working alongside experienced foremen and operators on septic, drainage, excavation, and underground utility projects.

Responsibilities
- Assist with septic system installations and repairs
- Install pipe, drainage systems, and underground utilities
- Help with excavation and site preparation
- Load/unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Work safely alongside crew members and equipment operators
- Perform general labor and construction-related tasks as needed
Qualifications

- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physical labor

- Willingness to learn and grow within the company
Preferred (Not Required)
- Construction, excavation, septic, drainage, or landscaping experience
- Experience operating equipment or towing trailers
- Valid driver’s license/CDL is a plus
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
