Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure, providing outstanding customer service with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Manage check-in and check-out procedures efficiently using hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems
- Conduct a nightly audit of all financial transactions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure complete satisfaction
- Perform laundry duties including folding and putting away sheets and towels
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, including phone etiquette
- Work independently while ensuring the safety and comfort of our guests overnight.
Qualifications:
- Dependability is a must- we need someone who is reliable and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts
- Previous hotel or customer service experience is not necessary, we are willing to train the right person
- Must be comfortable working a ten hour overnight position from 9pm to 7am
- Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods
- Must be able to lift and carry laundry as part of the job
- A positive attitude is essential
