Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated bilingual Lead Maintenance professional to oversee maintenance operations within our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical abilities and organizational skills to ensure that the property is well maintained. This role requires a proactive approach to maintenance, with a focus on safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for all maintenance activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Utilize Property Management Systems (PMS) to track work orders, schedules, and inventory management.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on HVAC systems, ensuring optimal performance.
- Complete preventative maintenance plans.
- Use diagnostic tools to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on equipment performance.
- Prepare apartments for move-ins. Utilize and schedule contractors where and when needed.
- Ensure the property grounds are clean and clear of all trash and debris.
Experience
- HVAC certified
- CPO licensed
- Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
- Previous experience in multifamily is mandatory.
