What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop front office and clinical team members to achieve operational excellence.
- Create a positive, patient-focused culture that delivers exceptional service and care.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), production goals, collections, and schedule efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all dental, OSHA, HIPAA, and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee patient scheduling, treatment acceptance, insurance verification, and revenue cycle processes.
- Drive practice growth through patient retention, community engagement, and referral development.
- Manage staffing, training, performance evaluations, and team accountability.
- Collaborate closely with doctors and leadership to implement strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
- Resolve patient concerns professionally while maintaining the highest level of customer service.
- Utilize practice management software and reporting tools to optimize office performance.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of dental office management experience.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
- Experience with dental insurance, treatment planning, collections, and scheduling.
- Knowledge of OSHA, HIPAA, and dental compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with dental practice management software.
- Proven ability to drive results, improve patient satisfaction, and lead high-performing teams.
