We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Account Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving sales through effective communication and relationship-building. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in outside sales and a passion for helping clients navigate their insurance needs.
Duties
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
- Provide benefits administration support, ensuring clients are informed about their options and coverage.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Utilize telemarketing techniques to reach potential clients and promote insurance products.
- Analyze client accounts to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and insurance providers to facilitate smooth transactions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations (including HIPAA compliance), and product offerings to provide accurate information to clients.
Qualifications.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Familiarity with benefits administration processes is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: $41,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
