Responsibilities

- Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate cash handling procedures.
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to potential customers.
- Collaborate with team members to maintain a well-organized sales floor and ensure stock levels are adequate.
- Assist in training new staff members on sales techniques and store policies.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, products, and services to effectively communicate with customers.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform basic math calculations for transactions and inventory management.
