Content Creator (Intern)
We're looking for a creative and consistent content creator to help create TikTok/Reels for our business that will grow our audience. This position is intended for those looking for part time, creative opportunities.
We expect only 4-6 hours a week of in-person work, which will only consist of filming event recaps and creative content for our social media. The out of office work will refer to the editing and possible graphic design needed to make the filmed content "posting ready".
*Our events are usually 2-3 hours long and only held in the evening, (which won't interfere with many full-time schedules)*
Additionally, this role is responsible for creating TikToks and Reels that recap events, highlight artists, promote upcoming experiences, and showcase the creative culture of our organization. Content will be posted through our official social media accounts (@DemhajPoetry).
Responsibilities
- Manage and help grow our TikTok account
- Create TikToks and Reels from event footage and existing content
- Produce recap videos, promotional videos, artist spotlights, and trend-based content
- Assist with content planning and posting
- Help increase audience engagement, reach, and overall account growth
- Capture content at select events when needed
- Attend approximately 5-6 events per month to capture content and support on-site media coverage
- Maintain open availability on Thursday evenings for our weekly open mic night and content capture

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
