Need outpatuient and can work inpatient if needed.
Needs to be flexible to days and hours
inpatient/ER pharmacist with ACLS & PALS. PALS can be obtained on-site

Position Description: Pharmacists
Pharmacist:
They need to be a good fit with the team
able to process prescriptions in a timely manner adhere to policies
process control substances according to policy and law and in a timely manner
they need to be able to counsel patients in a timely manner
they need to have current medication knowledge, flexibility to move where needed
Shift Times: Variable i.e nights , days, swing and weekends
Must Haves:
Non-negotiables each candidate must have to be considered.
Include required certifications.
· Certifications: BLS
· Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited school of
Pharmacy AND/OR Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
· Current and active state unrestricted Pharmacy license,
Arizona state license preferred
Nice to have:
- Two years of clinical pharmacy experience, preferred
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $70.00 - $95.00 per hour
