What You’ll Do:

Answer local and national crisis calls, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline

Provide walk‑in support and mobile crisis services throughout Fayette County, PA
-
Conduct mental health assessments using evidence‑based practices
-
Support individuals experiencing mental health crises, substance use relapse, domestic violence, or reentry challenges
-
Utilize de‑escalation techniques and assist with individualized crisis planning
-
Connect individuals with essential community resources such as housing, treatment, and case management
-
Complete accurate and timely documentation in required systems
-
Mobile crisis services are completed using a company vehicle — employees do not use their personal vehicles.

Ability to work primarily evening shifts with rotating weekend coverage
Schedule & Pay:

Primary shift: Saturday and Sunday, 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM

Base pay: $18.00 per hour
-
Shift differentials available for weekend coverage —$4.00 per hour

Education & Eligibility Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a mental health–related field is required,

Valid driver’s license required and must meet company insurance coverage requirements

Must be able to obtain and maintain:

FBI Criminal Background Clearance

PA State Police Clearance
-
PA Child Abuse Clearance
-
Mandated Reporter Training
