We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work in one of our group homes supporting individuals with disabilities. This position is perfect for someone looking for consistent hours while making a meaningful difference.
Hours/Schedule: every Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday 8am-3pm
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist individuals with daily living activities such as personal care, meals, and hygiene
- Provide supervision and support in the home and during community activities
- Promote independence, dignity, and personal choice
- Maintain a safe, clean, and supportive living environment
- Follow individualized support plans and document services as required
- Medication administration
Qualifications:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a High Diploma or equivalent
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred (paid training provided)
- Patient, caring, and reliable
- Must pass background checks and meet state requirements
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
