About the Role:
As a CBRE Program Mgmt Sr Principal, you will oversee thestrategic direc ti on and execu ti on ofcomplex programs within an assigned market or client account to achieve thecompany's strategic business objec ti ves.
This job is part of the Program Management func ti on. They are responsible for the crea ti on anddelivery of strategic programs represen tin g majorcompany ini ti a ti ves.
What You’ll Do:
Work with key stakeholders to create ti melines,goals, and deliverables of the project. Develop recommenda ti ons and implement organiza ti onalprocesses and procedures.
Review business requirements and other documenta ti on from mul ti ple sources to iden ti fy and resolve cross-ini ti a ti ve dependencies and ensure consistency of approach.
Guide small to medium cross-func ti onalprojects and programs end-to-end using a formal process.
Facilitate the development of a charter and integrated ti meline. Ensure all func ti ons remain onschedule and issues get resolved or escalated.
Facilitate regular mee ti ngs toreview project status for ac ti ve and pendingprojects.
Collaborate with the core team to develop solu ti ons and manage the project team through implementa ti on and comple ti on.
Present rou ti ne reports,including status reports and updated Gant charts.
Apply in-depth knowledge of standard principles andtechniques/procedures to accomplish complex assignments and provide innova ti ve solu ti ons.
Coach others and share in-depth knowledge of own jobdiscipline and broad knowledge of several job disciplines within the func ti on.
Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent withCBRE RISE values. Work to build consensus and convince others to reach anagreement.

What You’ll Need:
Bachelor's Degree preferred with 15+ years of relevantexperience. In lieu of a degree, a combina ti on ofexperience and educa ti on will be considered.
Ability to exercise judgment based on the analysis of mul ti ple sources of informa tio n.
Willingness to take a new perspec ti ve onexis ti ng solu ti ons.
In-depth knowledge of Microso ft Officeproducts. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Organiza ti onal skills with an advanced inquisi ti ve mindset.
Sophis ti cated math skills. Ability tocalculate mildly complex figures such as percentages, frac ti ons, and other financial-related calcula ti ons.
