Light Bulb Depot, national lighting company, is looking to add an Inside Sales Representative to our Call Center team. It is full time, Monday through Friday, 40 hours a week with WEEKLY pay, plus benefits, 401k, and a chance for advancement.
The duties of an Inside Sales Representative include, but are not limited to:
- Answering customer calls.
- Making outbound sales and cold calls.
- Entering sales orders.
- Providing timely acknowledgment on orders, quotes, etc.
- Reviewing and updating status on open orders within our system.
- Working with production and shipping to obtain accurate and timely information.
- Handling returns.
The ideal Inside Sales candidate will possess:
- Excellent listening skills to fully understand the customer.
- Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented.
- Demonstrate multi-tasking and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Lighting industry product knowledge is helpful, but not required.
Minimum Requirements:
- At least 21 years of age with a high school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 2 years of previous inside phone sales experience.
- Valid driver's license with no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years.
- Able to read, write, and understand English, a secondary language a plus.
- Other requirements are to be discussed in the interview.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday.
- open 7 am to 6:00 pm
- 40 hour work week
