We’re hiring an Industrial Automation Maintenance Technician in Twinsburg, Ohio. This direct-hire position pays up to $38.00/hour, depending on experience and interview performance.
Your expertise keeps automated die casting cells, robotics, and plant equipment safe, stable, and productive. You’ll combine controls troubleshooting with hands-on mechanical, welding, and machining skills to deliver lasting fixes — not just quick patches.

Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical/electronic, hydraulic, and combustion malfunctions with corrective actions that prevent repeat failures.

Troubleshoot using Allen‑Bradley ladder logic across SLC 500, PLC 5, and Control Logix platforms.

Adjust, program, and troubleshoot ABB robot models M94, M98, M2000, M2600, and M6700.

Install, relocate, and align production equipment and supporting systems.

Operate machine shop equipment with solid accuracy and efficiency.

Perform gas and electric welding as needed.

Complete repair logs, manage related materials, and maintain a clean, organized workspace.

Execute preventive and proactive maintenance tasks across plant assets.

Support additional tasks as assigned by supervision or designated team lead.

2nd: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm

3rd: 11:00 pm – 7:00 am

High School diploma or GED.

48 months of relevant experience across Allen‑Bradley controls, hydraulics, robotics, and welding.

Maintenance Technician “A” capability: troubleshoot die casting machine cells via PLCs and electrical/hydraulic schematics.

Applied knowledge from technical or vocational coursework (certificates or some college helpful).

Ability to meet the demands of a moderately physical position.
