Lakeside Clean & Organize
Columbus / Fall River, WI area
Pay: $20–$24 per hour, based on role and demonstrated performance
Schedule: Part-time | Weekdays | Daytime hours
Lakeside Clean & Organize is growing, and we're looking for an experienced professional cleaner who wants more than just another cleaning job.
We're looking for someone who already knows how to clean professionally. You may have worked in hotel housekeeping, residential cleaning, healthcare or assisted-living housekeeping, commercial cleaning, or janitorial services.
You understand how to work efficiently, notice details without being told, and leave a space truly clean.
Just as importantly, we're looking for someone who has the potential and desire to grow into a leadership role and eventually manage a cleaning crew of their own.
What You'll Do
- Clean residential homes according to Lakeside's quality standards
- Perform routine and deep-cleaning tasks
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms and living areas
- Dust, vacuum, mop and clean surfaces
- Work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Work alongside our team and independently as needed
- Communicate professionally with clients and coworkers
- Help keep jobs running smoothly and on schedule
- As you advance, help train and guide other team members
- Eventually take responsibility for leading your own cleaning crew
What We're Looking For
- At least 1 year of professional cleaning experience required
- Experience in residential cleaning, hotel housekeeping, healthcare/assisted-living housekeeping, commercial cleaning or janitorial work preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work efficiently without sacrificing quality
- Dependable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to take direction and accept feedback
- Professional and respectful in clients' homes
- Good communication skills
- Leadership potential and an interest in taking on more responsibility
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Able to perform the physical requirements of residential cleaning, including bending, reaching, kneeling and lifting cleaning equipment/supplies
Pay & Growth
This position starts at $20/hour.
We believe increased responsibility should come with increased pay. Team members have the opportunity to advance based on demonstrated cleaning quality, efficiency, reliability, communication and leadership ability.
Our growth path includes:
Experienced Cleaner: $20/hour
Learn our systems and consistently meet Lakeside's cleaning standards.
Senior Cleaner: $21–$22/hour
Work independently, consistently deliver high-quality results and begin helping support newer team members.
Crew Lead: $23–$24/hour
Lead cleaning jobs, help direct team members, perform quality checks, keep jobs on schedule and communicate with management.
Advancement is based on performance and readiness rather than length of employment.
