As a Project Manager, you will be the technical anchor for SASSI?s most complex residential projects. As a critical advisor to the Production Manager, you bridge the gap between Sales, Operations, and Field Execution. Process Enforcement (The SASSI OS)
- Review handoffs from Sales and halt any project that lacks necessary details before it enters Production.
- Embody Autonomy without independence—ensure your team escalates issues and strictly avoids "freelancing."
