What You'll Do
- Prospect and build relationships with restaurant and bar owners
- Present and sell Property and Casualty insurance solutions tailored to the hospitality industry
- Manage your pipeline from first contact through close
- Maintain and grow renewal business on the accounts you bring in
- Leverage first-class coaching and back-office support to maximize your production
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of sales experience
- Self-driven and goal-oriented mindset
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Coachable, competitive, and hungry for a long-term career — not just a job
Compensation & Benefits
- $3,000/month base salary, paid monthly
- 45% commission on all New Property and Casualty Business
- 25% commission on Renewal business you originally brought in
- Earn any commission in excess of your $3,000 base — no cap
- 50% employer contribution to Health Plan (available after 3 months)
- 401(k) with 100% match on first 3%, 50% match on next 2.5% (available after 3 months)
- $500/month car allowance once $1,000,000 in new business is produced within a fiscal period
- 10 PTO days after 60 days of employment
