Job Summary
The FG (Finished Goods) Warehouse Associate plays a key role in supporting the Distribution team by staging sales orders, labeling units, and maintaining accurate inventory records. This position ensures that products are correctly prepared, labeled, and organized for delivery, contributing to the smooth flow of goods and regulatory compliance. Attention to detail, strong communication, and a collaborative attitude are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Stage and prepare sales orders for distribution
- Apply QR code labels to individual units as required
- Count and verify inventory during order preparation and restocking
- Dispose of expired or unsellable products in accordance with company procedures
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Distribution department
- Communicate all completed tasks and inventory updates to management
- Understand inventory data including COAs, batch numbers, UID numbers, and product allocation
- Review Sales Order sheets, Metrc manifests, and tags to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support with inventory receiving and ingestion from the Production team (long-term goal)
- Assist with tagging and manifesting orders in Metrc (long-term goal)
Education & Experience
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent proficiency certificate
- Experience in the cannabis industry, warehouse operations, or service industry preferred
Qualifications & Skills
- Familiarity with Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
- Reliable, punctual, and flexible to adapt to changing tasks and priorities
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Requires lifting of up to 20 lbs or more and standing for extended periods
- Work is performed in a warehouse/distribution setting
- No travel required
Must be comfortable working in a cannabis-focused environment and adhere to compliance standards
