Maid EZ Cleaning is expanding, and we’re looking for dependable, self-motivated cleaners to grow with us. No experience needed. About the Role:
As a House Cleaner, you’ll work independently or with a partner to make homes shine from top to bottom. We accept jobs within a 25 miles radius of Macedonia. These jobs are mostly in Macedonia, Northfield, Hudson, Aurora, Twinsburg, Solon, Broadview Heights, and Richfield, and you’ll be responsible for driving yourself to and from scheduled homes.
****It is important that you live near or within one of these service areas. We find hiring candidates outside of these service areas never works out due to the commute so moving forward we must insist they live within or very close to these areas. ******
You’ll be expected to:
- Clean kitchens, bathrooms, and living areas — think mopping, vacuuming, dusting, scrubbing, and resetting the space
- Change linens, tidy rooms, and keep things orderly
- Restock and maintain your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Visit our Richfield office to pick up fresh supplies and stay stocked
- Follow a timed schedule while still delivering detail-focused results
- Handle customer payments and communicate professionally with clients
- Comply with health, safety, and company policies
- Work both independently and as part of a team

Schedule
- Daytime hours only (9 AM – 2 or 3 PM)
- No nights, no holidays
- ~10 - 15 hours/week average
- Minimum 3 days available per week
What You Bring to the Table:
- A reliable car and a valid driver’s license
- A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to take constructive feedback without getting defensive
- Self-direction and accountability — you’ll have a schedule, but we trust you to own your time
- Respect for clients’ homes and for the work we do — our standards are high, and that’s what sets us apart
Pay & Training:
Training takes time — every house is different, and we’ll show you how to do things the Maid EZ way. Here’s how pay increases as you grow with us:
- Paid Training @ $16/hour for 2 weeks and then, 17/hour for 2 weeks
- $18/hr once training is complete
- Annual raises and performance raises
- Keep any tips from client
