Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and identify their needs through active listening and engaging conversation
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through hands-on demos to educate customers about devices, plans, and accessories
- Assist customers with retail sales transactions, including cashiering, cash handling, and processing payments accurately using POS systems
- Upsell additional products, services, or plans to maximize customer value and meet sales targets
- Maintain attractive product displays through merchandising and stocking to ensure a welcoming shopping environment
- Provide excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or scheduling appointments
- Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels, organizing merchandise, and assisting with stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Proven experience in retail sales, cashiering, or grocery store environments with strong customer service skills
- Familiarity with POS systems, retail math, cash handling, and retail transactions
- Demonstrated ability to perform product demos and upselling techniques effectively
- Supervising experience is a plus for leadership opportunities within the team
- Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish to serve a diverse customer base
- Knowledge of phone etiquette, merchandising, stocking procedures, and basic math skills necessary for retail operations
- Previous experience in grocery stores or similar environments is advantageous but not required
