American Traveler is hiring a Travel RN for an Emergency Department night shift position requiring IN or compact RN licensure and 1 year of ER experience.

Hospital-based Emergency Department setting with 30 beds
-
Patient-to-nurse ratio of 1:4
-
Night shift schedule, 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
-
No on-call requirements
-
Floating to other units required
-
Uses Cerner EMR
-
Active IN or compact RN license required
-
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications required
-
NIHSS certification required
-
Minimum 1 year of recent ER experience required

Certifications must not expire within first 30 days of start
-
No employment gaps of 90 days or more within the past 12 months

Provide emergency care to a wide range of patient acuities in a fast-paced ER environment

Navy scrub color required
-
Maximum RTO request of 1 week during assignment

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility as local candidates are not accepted

Previous CHS perm staff employees are not eligible if employed within the past 2 years
