POSITION SUMMARY: Ensure systems run efficiently and securely, requiring strong problem-solving skills and technical expertise.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Responsible for assisting in the support and service of Cliff Castle Casino’s IT infrastructure systems’ needs.

Will provide timely MIS service to Cliff Castle Casino's End Users.

Build and install computers as needed.
- Perform regular maintenance on computers as required per schedules.

Complete daily work duty detail log
-
Pull and install data/audio/video lines as needed.

Perform other duties as assigned.

Opportunities for Internships, Apprenticeships, and Coordinated Work Study programs may be available in lieu of formal education and work experience requirements for this position for enrolled members of the Yavapai-Apache Nation.

Two (2) years as an IT Technician

Must possess excellent communication (written and verbal) skills, organizational, and planning skills.

Must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-stress environment.

Ability to diagnose basic electronic problems in equipment such as: computers, monitors, data lines, sound systems, phones and printers.

Professional Licenses & Certifications Requirements:

Valid certification in at least one of the following: Network+ or Cisco Network Systems.

Must be 18+ years old and be available for all shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Must be eligible to work in the U.S. and pass a drug test and background check for an AZ Gaming License.

Must adhere to all Cliff Castle Casino Hotel policies and procedures.
