Junior Electronics Sales Representative
Austin, TX | Full-Time (On-site / Hybrid)
We are seeking a Junior Electronics Sales Representative with 3-5 years of sales experience to support and grow our electronics business. This role is ideal for a sales professional who is eager to develop technical sales skills. Experience with Battery Management Systems (BMS) or energy storage is a plus.
Responsibilities
· Support sales of electronic products to U.S. and international customers
· Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow-ups
· Coordinate with engineering and operations teams
· Maintain customer and sales records (CRM)
· Support achievement of sales targets
Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Software, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
· 3-5 years of sales experience (electronics, software or technology preferred)
· Strong communication and organizational skills
· Willingness to learn technical products
Nice to Have
· Exposure to BMS, lithium-ion batteries, or energy storage systems
· B2B or technical sales experience
· Experience supporting international or cross-border customers
Compensation
· $80,000 annual base salary + performance-based bonus/commission
· Sales and technical training with mentorship is provided.
