About Us
Located just steps from the Big Springs Gondola, The Residence at Northstar is a fractional ownership HOA that caters primarily to homeowners, with occasional rental and exchange guests. In addition to performing traditional front desk duties such as check-ins, guest assistance, and phone inquiries, this role involves hands-on support in other areas, including food preparation for daily breakfasts and evening social hours.
You may also assist with light maintenance and housekeeping tasks to ensure the property remains in pristine condition. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs is required, as you may help transport skis, snowboards, or guest luggage.
What Makes Us Different
