The Marshall Industrial Technologies (MIT) Executive Assistant to the CEO provides high-level administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the MIT. This role manages executive schedules, coordinates meetings and travel, prepares reports and presentations, and serves as a key point of communication between the Vice President and internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced industrial environment.
· Provide administrative support to the CEOs.
· Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
· Arrange domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, and expense reporting.
· Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, meeting agendas, and meeting minutes.
· Coordinate departmental meetings, leadership meetings, and special events.
· Serve as a liaison between the CEO, leadership team, employees, customers, and vendors.
· Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive business information.
· Track action items and follow up on project deadlines and deliverables.
· Assist with preparing operational reports, budgets, and performance metrics.
· Manage Policy and Procedure including Motor Vehicle Records, Fleet Management, etc
· Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
· Support special projects and continuous improvement initiatives as assigned.
Working Relationships
· The Executive Assistant will report to the CEO.
· The Executive Assistant has relationships with Department Managers, Finance, and members of the executive team.
The Executive Assistant shall have excellent enterprise level computer and MSOffice skills.
An AS/BS in business administration is useful, but experience and attention to details is equality valued.
Technical Qualifications
The Executive Assistant shall be comfortable working in office areas adjacent to heavy equipment and fabrications areas. The use of PPE and aware training in certain environments is required.

Pay: $53,474.53 - $64,399.43 per year
