On the Rocks Italian Bistro is looking for positive, eager to serve, and detail-oriented individuals for our back-of-the-house service team. As an OTR team-member your purpose will be two-fold: (1) to give every guest a multi-sensory experience that makes them come back for more, often; AND (2) be an effective part of a service team that produces a satisfactory product every single time.
The Back-of-House Team is responsible to ensure all guests are presented with superior products that are prepared according to OTR's high standards. You will support the kitchen team, assemble food & orders quickly and accurately, and ensure each guest leaves with a smile.
REQUIREMENTS
- Excellent communications and guest service skills
- Must be eligible to work in the United States
- Must be at least 18 years old upon hire date
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Works well in a team environment
We hope to officially open our doors by September 1st, and plan to hire members for the Back-of-House team by the end of July. Front-of-House team members will be hired by mid-August.
