Responsibilities:
- Perform landscaping services including lawn maintenance, planting, mulching, pruning, and property cleanups.
- Meet with customers to assess landscaping needs and provide recommendations.
- Prepare estimates and proposals for landscaping projects.
- Generate new business through networking, referrals, and customer outreach.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with residential and commercial clients.
- Coordinate with crews to ensure projects are completed on time and to customer satisfaction.
- Snow removal in Winter
Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping experience required.
- Proven sales experience, in landscaping
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to identify customer needs and close sales opportunities.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
