Supreme Striping LLC is a growing parking lot striping company serving retail centers, multi-family properties, restaurants, and industrial facilities throughout the DFW area. We are looking for a reliable Striping Technician who takes pride in their work and wants to be part of a team that values quality and professionalism.
This position involves both day and night work, depending on project requirements.
Responsibilities
- Assist with layout and striping of parking lots, fire lanes, ADA markings, and other pavement markings
- Operate and maintain professional striping equipment (Graco LineLazer machines)
- Load, unload, and transport paint, equipment, and materials to job sites
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of striping machines and tools
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Follow all safety procedures and job site requirements
- Work efficiently with the crew to complete projects on schedule
Requirements
- Ability to lift 70+ pounds regularly
- Ability to work days, nights, and occasional weekends depending on project schedule
- Must be dependable and show up on time
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in Texas weather conditions
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
- Experience in striping, construction, or pavement maintenance is a plus but not required (we will train the right person)
Compensation
- $18 – $25 per hour, depending on experience
