Position Summary
We are seeking a detail-driven and experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end millwork and cabinetry projects from inception through installation. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a strong understanding of architectural woodwork and finish carpentry. The job will be primarily based in the OC area.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple high-end residential millwork projects simultaneously
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients, architects, designers, and internal teams
- Oversee all project phases: estimating, scheduling, procurement, production, delivery, and installation
- Review architectural drawings and shop drawings to ensure accuracy and feasibility
- Coordinate with in-house drafting, production, and installation teams to maintain project timelines and budgets
- Conduct site visits and manage subcontractors to ensure quality standards are upheld
- Track project progress and proactively address issues to mitigate delays or budget overruns
What We’re Looking For
Strong communication and negotiation skills
- 5+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, cabinetry, or finish carpentry
- Strong knowledge of woodworking materials, fabrication techniques, and installation processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and specifications
- Excellent organizational and time management skills

Pay: $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
