Job description:
Role Overview
We are looking for a full-time coordinator or assistant to help the company out with various on-going projects. This role bridges execution and strategy in a small, fast-moving startup environment. This position primarily focuses on JoyJobs program coordination, business development support, data reporting and analysis, and administrative support. It is designed for a strong executor who enjoys turning ideas into structured systems and measurable progress.
Key Responsibilities
Program Coordination & Support:
- Coordinate tasks between the CEO and partners.
- Support user testing, customer interviews, and structured feedback loops.
- Assist in conducting product demos for partners and stakeholders.
- Support partnership outreach, follow-up, and organize documentation and workflow systems.
- Assist with JoyJobs videos edit and platform management
Strategic & Administrative Support:
- Prepare presentations, board materials, and structured reports
- Conduct research to support business development efforts
- Build organized spreadsheets and performance dashboards
- Assist with budgeting visibility and data organization
- Track project timelines and ensure accountability
Seasonal Event Support:
- Occasionally support weekend events during peak summer season
- Provide operational backup when required
- Take compensatory time off when weekends are worked
Technical & Skill Requirements:
- Experience: 0-2 years of working experience; internships are entirely okay
- Advanced spreadsheet skills (reporting, organization, data tracking, basic analytics)
- Familiar with common AI tools for workflow automation and productivity
- Familiar with Video editing tools
- Comfortable using project management systems (ClickUp, Asana, Notion, etc.)
- Skilled in Canva for presentations and marketing materials
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Organized, structured, and execution-focused
Preferred Skills
- Language: Fluent in Mandarin Chinese as preferred, but not required
- Strong executor who enjoys building structure around evolving ideas
- Tech-comfortable and AI-curious
- Confident supporting demos and presentations
- Comfortable in a small, fast-moving team
- Mission-aligned with inclusive employment and ecosystem building
- Growth-minded and ready to take increasing ownership over time

Pay: $25.00 - $28.00 per hour
