This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, comfortable with computers, and willing to jump into a wide variety of tasks. You will handle a consistent core of day-to-day responsibilities, along with a steady mix of new projects and assignments that come up as the business needs them, so no two weeks will look exactly the same.
Position Overview
The Operations Assistant will support the executive team with administrative, operational, reporting, and process-based tasks across multiple businesses. This person will help keep things organized, accurate, and moving forward.
A strong fit is someone who can follow written processes closely, notice when something looks wrong, and take ownership of getting tasks completed correctly.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting the executive team with day-to-day operational tasks
- Following written processes and checklists accurately
- Entering, reviewing, and organizing information in company systems
- Helping prepare reports, spreadsheets, summaries, and internal documents
- Tracking tasks, deadlines, follow-ups, and project details
- Communicating with internal team members to gather information or resolve issues
- Learning and using different software systems as needed
- Reviewing work for accuracy and flagging anything that looks incorrect
- Helping improve processes by noticing issues, gaps, or repetitive problems
- Taking on new tasks and projects as business needs change

Helpful Skills
Experience with any of the following is helpful, but not required:

What We’re Looking For
We are not looking for someone who needs every task to be perfectly predictable. We are looking for someone who can handle routine responsibilities well, while also being flexible enough to take on new assignments as they come up.
The right person will be reliable, sharp, trustworthy, and comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast-moving business environment.
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
