JOB TITLE: Regional Sales Manager (Southern Region)
INDUSTRY: Plastic medical device and pharmaceutical products
LOCATION: Must reside near a major airport in Georgia, Florida, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Alabama, or Louisiana
TRAVEL: Must be willing to travel throughout the Southern Region of the United States close to 50% of the time

COMP STRUCTURE: Base salary plus up to 30% annual bonus
Important Particular Tasks
· Coordination of the market cultivation (independent market observation and competitive analysis) and market development (define new potential customers and products applied) in cooperation with superior and with the responsible colleagues at Application Technology and Marketing & Sales
· Preparation and follow through on all Marketing activities geared towards responsible sales territory
(including trade shows, follow up on trade show leads, white papers, advertising) in coordination with superior
· Coordination and follow-through on customer projects in cooperation with the responsible colleagues at Application Technology and Marketing & Sales from proposal and preparation (prepare and finalize Product Development Sheet (PDS), drawings, quality control instructions, packaging requirements, Technical Delivery Specification (TDS), Supply Agreements right up to the after sales service (incl. complaint handling)
· Customer specific consulting for innovative polymer products
· Preparation and implementation of regional Business Plans including competitor analysis and surveillance
· Adherence, monitoring and updating of all relevant external and internal requirements of Quality Management and Regulatory Affairs relevant for the responsible sales area
· Making use and timely updating of all Marketing and reporting tools, as instructed and supplied by
the Company Headquarters, especially customer information systems (CRM), project database, group calendar, etc.
· Preparation of the AJEW (yearly forecast) in cooperation with superior
· Ensure that all requirements of RAUMEDIC customers are met regarding samples (trial runs), product, price, lead time (place) and quality
· Coordinate and obtain signature of Technical Delivery Specifications with RAUMEDIC customers
· Coordinate legal issues (e.g. prepare Indemnification Agreements, NDA / CDA, supply Agreements, etc.)
with Superior or Legal Department.
Tasks in the Environment and Safety Division
· During daily work, please ensure an economic consumption of energy and economical use of resources.
· Obligation to assist the responsible persons with the responsibilities of occupational safety and environmental protection.
· Compliance with the security regulations, use and upkeep of safety-relevant equipment.
· Hazardous conditions must be communicated to the person responsible immediately.
· Devices, machines and plants may be operated in operationally safe conditions only.
· Personal protective equipment must be worn when handling objects located in the plant (devices, materials) in keeping with the operating instructions and safety data sheets.
· Compliance and observation of order and cleanliness in the entire working area.
· Proper storage and handling of hazardous substances.
· The operating instructions for hazardous substances and activities must be observed.
· Before using new substances, the safety data sheet must be obtained before purchase.
· When transporting substances (such as raw material samples) the corresponding safety data sheet must be observed. If necessary, involve the commissioner in dangerous goods.
Pay: $110,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
