We are seeking skilled and reliable Apartment Maintenance Technicians to join our team. This role is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the community and apartment homes, ensuring all systems and structures meet company standards and safety requirements. The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot, repair, and maintain all aspects of the property while providing excellent service to residents and supporting a compliant, team-oriented work environment.

Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain building systems and apartment homes, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, finishes, and general structures.

Maintain exterior grounds and perform seasonal maintenance duties

Complete resident service requests with timely first contact, clear communication, and professional follow-through.

Execute preventive maintenance schedules, safety/compliance checks, and property condition inspections with accurate documentation.

Perform make-ready/unit turns to company standards, ensuring quality, cleanliness, and readiness timelines are met.

Prioritize and complete work orders across varying priorities, exercising sound judgment and stop-work authority when safety or code concerns arise.

Support vendor/contractor activities as needed, including scope verification, safety oversight, and quality checks.

Participate in an on-call rotation for emergencies (when hired on permanently)

Proficiency across multiple building systems (e.g., at least four of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry/structural, appliances, finishes).

Strong diagnostic troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify root causes and resolve multi-issue tickets.

Working knowledge and commitment to safe work practices.

Professional, resident-centered communication with the ability to set expectations, explain work, and de-escalate concerns.

Time and work management skills to reduce cycle times and minimize repeat visits.

Accurate, timely documentation of work orders, parts, and time stamps.

EPA 608 Certification (Type I/II/Universal) for HVAC work.

CPO (Certified Pool Operator) where applicable.

Experience in multifamily housing or facilities maintenance

Valid driver’s license for using electrical and/or motorized vehicles on property

reliable transportation to and from the job site(s)
