Duties
- Engage in proactive outside sales efforts through cold calling, networking, and targeted outreach to generate new high-value leads within assigned territories.
- Conduct comprehensive product demos and technical presentations to prospective clients, highlighting features that meet their specific needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through negotiation, closing, and onboarding of new clients, ensuring a seamless customer journey.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand market presence and increase revenue streams.
- Maintain detailed records of all interactions using CRM software such as Salesforce, tracking progress and follow-up activities diligently.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with clients through account management strategies, upselling opportunities, and exceptional customer service.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement targeted campaigns that support lead generation and territory growth initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, or digital sales with a track record of closing high-ticket deals.
- Strong knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) for managing leads, contacts, and sales pipelines effectively.
- Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to analyze client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Demonstrated success in territory management, lead generation, and direct sales strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations.
- Experience in account management, upselling, and customer service within a fast-paced sales environment.
- Familiarity with marketing techniques, sales concepts, cold calling tactics, and analysis skills to optimize sales efforts.
