Job Summary:
The Maintenance Electrician provides electrical, electronics, instrumentation, and general maintenance services for the entire manufacturing operations
Primary Responsibility:
- Ability to diagnose and repair a wide variety of equipment based on industrial process controls-in process measuring devices, data transmission, storage devices, data transmission, storage devices, HMI and AC/DC drives
- Ability to understand and follow various guidelines and working procedures
- Being familiar with PLC ladder logic, mechanical drawings and operation sequences
- Read electrical schematics, blueprints, and maintain properly
- Navigate and comprehend PLC ladder logic
- Some knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, hydraulics, instrumentation, and control
- Perform routine schedule and unscheduled electrical troubleshooting, repair, and calibrations
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation problems
- Knowledge of PM/ workorder software
- Inspect, maintain, troubleshoot power distribution, and power transformers
Job Requirements:
- 5+ years of hand on experience with electrical work and/or journeyman level experience in industrial electricity and controls.
- A full understanding of analog, digital, and logic circuits
- Required knowledge in the installation and troubleshooting of PLCs, variable frequency drives, and power distribution systems
- Ability to use standard desktop applixations such as Microsoft Office, Internet, and industry specific applications
Monday-Thursday 2:45PM-11:15PM
Friday 2:15PM-8:45PM
Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
